3. Your Weekly Sessions
I bring the Microformer to you, set everything up, and guide every workout with hands-on coaching and adjustments. From arrival to departure, each session takes about an hour.

4. Long-Term Progress
Your workouts follow a clear progression. We'll track your progress and gradually increase the challenge as you get stronger.
