What to Expect During Your First Session

Before We Meet

After you reach out, I’ll send you a short intake form to learn more about your goals, your body, your space, and your availability.

Once I’ve reviewed it, I’ll reach out to schedule your complimentary first session at a time that works well for both of us.

I Come to You

I’ll bring the Microformer and everything we need for the session.

You just need comfortable workout clothes, water, and enough space for the machine, approximately 7 × 2 feet.

We’ll Start With the Basics

Your first session is designed to help you feel comfortable, not overwhelmed.

I’ll show you how the Microformer works, how to get on and off safely, and how the carriage, springs, platforms, and straps are used throughout the workout.

You don’t need any Lagree experience. I’ll guide you step by step.

You’ll Learn the Movement Patterns

Before we move into the workout, I’ll demonstrate the main exercises and then coach you as you try them.

You’ll learn the basics of slow, controlled movement, carriage control, breathing, and form. It’s completely normal if things feel new or awkward at first.

You’ll Experience a Short Workout

Your complimentary first session includes a shorter workout so you can feel how Lagree flows without being thrown into a full session right away.

You’ll experience a mix of core, lower body, upper body, and stability work. The goal is to help you move well, feel challenged in an achievable way, and leave feeling confident.
