Hi, I'm Julia!

I started Your Lagree because I know how hard it can be to stay consistent with strength training when your schedule and mind are already full.

You might want to feel stronger, build a routine, or commit to something that supports your body, but getting to a studio or figuring out what to do at the gym can quickly become one more thing on your list.

That’s where I come in.

I bring the Microformer to your home, guide you through every movement, and build each session around your body, your pace, and your goals. You’ll have a clear plan, hands-on coaching, and a workout that meets you where you are while still challenging you to progress.

My coaching style is supportive, detail-oriented, and encouraging. We’ll focus on form, control, progression, and small wins that build over time, so you feel challenged without feeling thrown into the deep end.

I’m trained and certified in the Lagree Method, and my goal is to help you feel safe, strong, and confident in every session.

One of my favourite parts of coaching is watching clients realize they’re stronger than they thought.
