I offer private, one-on-one Lagree sessions taught in the comfort of your own space. I bring the Microformer and all equipment, and sessions are guided with care, clarity, and precision.
Training is low-impact and high-intensity, built around slow, controlled movement and continuous tension. Sessions are designed to challenge strength, endurance, and control without relying on speed, momentum, or impact. Every movement is intentional, with a focus on form and alignment.
Lagree can be started as a beginner and is always adapted to your body, experience level, and individual needs.
I intentionally work with a small number of clients so sessions can stay focused, consistent, and personal.
New clients begin with a paid introductory session. If it’s a good fit, we’ll find consistent weekly times that work for both of us and continue with ongoing monthly training. If we continue, the first session is applied to the first month.
